Organisational culture is describes as the set of experiences, expectations and the concepts that impacts and guides employees behaviour and evaluate the organisational image , working structure, interactions and future expectations. An organisation improves its performance by implementing these values which build understanding and respect among workers. Having appropriate working culture also evaluate the vision, value, norms, symbols, beliefs and habits. Organisational culture impacts the performance of an individual and teams and the wider community.

Choose an organisation in order to make research for the report.

You are a HR manager of the organisation and requires to analyse the culture of your organisation in order to take the initiative of improving performance through implementing an appropriate organizational culture. In order to do so you will have to perform the following tasks to achieve the desired outcome.

You will be required to analyze the different organizational cultures and motivational theories, and identify which ones can be found in your  chosen organization. The discussion must then explains how the above-mentioned theories influence behaviors within organizations and how this impacts  the performance of each organization.

You are required to provide over view of chosen company  with its culture, politics and power  with examples. It also includes motivational theories and the techniques that have been supported by your organization with appropriate recommendations.

With the chosen organization above produce a report which evaluates want makes an effective and an ineffective team for achieving organizational goals. Select a specific goal and identify what structure and identify what structure would help in achieving goals.
