Impact of globalisation: Globalisation is determined as a process through which integration and interaction of companies, people and culture have been made possible. With the help of this, TNT can advance its transport and communication technologies because of which company is providing effective delivering system.

Workplace Diversity: In an organisation workplace diversity plays both as a positive or negative factor.
